Shipping 

Receive your purchase in a timely manner, thanks to our premium carrier UPS. We are pleased to offer you:

• Standard via SurePost : $6.95 - Complimentary on orders over $175 (7 to 8 business days.)
• Standard via UPS: $15.00 (5 to 7 business days)
  
• Express shipping : $25.00 (3 business days for orders placed by 12pm ET)!

 

Return Conditions

If you would like to return items from your order, you may do so within 30 days. The return 
window begins from the day that your order is delivered. Items must be returned in their 
original condition, otherwise the return will not be accepted. Items should not be:  

•  Opened (with exception of damaged or faulty items)
• Used (with exception of reaction)
• Altered
• Refilled
• Partially missing items. 

Returns that are not compliant with our return conditions will not be eligible for a 
refund. 
To begin the process, please contact us here. If your return meets our requirements, we will 
send you a prepaid return label.  
Biologique Recherche shall provide the customer with a refund subject to your return being 
received and accepted. 
Please allow 3-5 days for return processing. Refunds will be issued to your original method 
of payment. Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to complete depending on the 
bank’s processing time.
